INDEPENDENT MINISTRIES AND MINISTERS:

Who Can You Really Trust?

There is an ever growing confusion in our separated ranks and home churches over the issue of Independent Ministries and Independent ministers. Many believe that if a Ministry or minister identifies themselves as "Independent," then they have no connection what-so-ever with the corrupt SDA church. Others believe that if they donate money towards a particular outreach program sponsored by an "Independent" Ministry or minister, that any converts will be led to join home churches and will not be directed to the apostate SDA church for membership. Still others believe that if an "Independent" Ministry or minister directs their listeners and readers to separate from certain SDA churches then they must also believe that the SDA church is Babylon fallen. But in all the above assumptions, nothing can be farther from the truth!

What our separated people need to realize is that there are several different kinds of "Independent" Ministries and ministers which hold different beliefs on many subjects. Yet all the various "Independent" Ministries and ministers can be classified into one of only two distinct groups – either they support the SDA church, or they do not.

Supporting the SDA church can be accomplished in many different ways other than just donating money! Any area which builds up the apostate church – such as with our time; sending her our converts or interests; defending her in sermons; keeping people connected with her; lending her our influence by keeping our name on the roll books; etc., is giving our support to the apostate church. With this in mind, you could be giving your money and supporting an "Independent" Ministry or minister which may outwardly appear to be separated from the Babylonian SDA church while they are actually lending their, and your, support to her! Thus it behooves our separated people to carefully check into the positions of these different "Independent" Ministries and ministers BEFORE YOU DONATE MONEY TO THEM FOR ANY REASON OR FOR ANY PROJECT lest you find yourself guilty of supporting and promulgating doctrines which you do not believe to be true!

Why would a separated believer want to donate money to any "Independent" Ministry or minister who teaches against complete separation? Why would someone who believes that the SDA church is Babylon fallen want to donate to any "Independent" Ministry or minister who does not believe and teach the same truth? And why would someone who believes in willingly removing your name from any corrupt and apostate church because of corporate responsibility want to support any "Independent" Ministry or minister who teaches just the opposite? Yet hundreds of thousands of dollars are being donated by our separated people to "Independent" Ministries and ministers which actually teach exactly opposite to the present truth we believe in!

So how can the average person among us tell if a particular "Independent" Ministry or minister is supporting the SDA church or not? It is very simple – just examine the message they preach! If they publically teach that the SDA church is Babylon fallen and that there is the necessity of willingly withdrawing all connection from the church – including membership, then that Ministry or minister is not supporting the SDA church. Their open message shows themselves completely distinct from supporting the harlot church. So it is the clear cut message of the church being Babylon described in Revelation 18 which showed that particular Ministry or minister to be completely separate from giving any support to the apostate church!

But if any "Independent" Ministry or minister does not plainly and openly advocate that the SDA church is Babylon fallen, and if they do not also advocate a willing separation and membership withdrawal from the church body as a whole, then they are supporting the SDA church – no matter how much they may claim not to! It does not matter how good their various outreach projects are; it does not matter how many people they are reaching out to with other important truths; it does not matter how much they decry the abominations and evils going on inside the apostate church; if they are not advocating that the SDA church is Babylon fallen and the necessity of willingly withdrawing all connection from the corrupt church, then they are still a church supporter!

The God of heaven has made the Revelation 18 message the distinguishing mark between which "Independent" Ministries and ministers are working for Him, versus those who put on a glorious outward display of working for Him, while they are in reality agents of the devil, and are keeping people contaminated with sin – whether personal or corporate!

“The Lord is soon to come. There must be a refining, winnowing process in every church, for there are among us wicked men who do not love the truth or honor God. There is need of a transformation of character. Will the church arise and put on her beautiful garments, the righteousness of Christ? It is soon to be seen who are vessels unto honor.

"’And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.’ [Revelation 18:1-2].

"’Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.’ [Malachi 3:18].'...

"Every soul who, in the light now shining upon our pathway, continues in sin will be blinded and will accept the delusions that come from Satan. We are now nearing the close of this earth's history. Where are the faithful watchmen on the walls of Zion who will not slumber but faithfully declare the time of night?...

"Who will be on the Lord's side? Who will be deceived, and in turn become deceivers? Everything is to be shaken that can be shaken, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain." Last Day Events from the Letters and Manuscripts of E.G. White, p 61 (Letter 15, June 25, 1892).

Yet, it is no different today than it was in the days of the Disciples of Christ.

The Jewish church had become an harlot of Babylon (see Isaiah 1:21; Selected Messages, book 3, p 417; Great Controversy, p 382). The abomination of desolation had been planted, and Christ had commanded all of His people to completely and willingly disconnect themselves from the church or be destroyed along with her (see Matt 24:15-18; Mark 13:14-16; Luke 21:20-21).

But the Jewish church leaders were telling the people just the opposite – that the church was not Babylon, and no one was to willingly separate themselves from the church because God was going to save it along with only those who stayed within her. Thus there were two distinct messages – the message of Christ, and the message of the church leadership – and there was not the least harmony or similarity between them.

Now, there were also several Independent Ministries and ministers who were active during this same time. These were divided into only two groups: those few disciples and followers of Jesus, who were clearly Christ's servants; and the many others, whom the Spirit of Prophecy calls false prophets, who were clearly the servants of the Devil. But how could the average person tell the difference between these two groups? It was by examining the message they preached!

The message from those few Independent Ministries and ministers of Christ was one which called all of God's people to completely flee from the Jewish harlot church in obedience to Christ's command, or be destroyed right along with their Babylonian church. While the messages from the many Independent Ministries and ministers of Satan were calling all of God's people to flee from every other church except the Jewish church, and they claimed that God wanted all of His people to stay in connection with this Jewish church and not to willingly separate from her under any circumstances.

The Spirit of Prophecy also reveals this little known fact that many of these Independent false prophets were actually bribed by the Jewish church leaders to tell the people not to willingly break all connection from the church. These false Independent Ministries and ministers accepted the bribe and led as many people as they could to believe and trust in a vain and presumptuous hope that God would save their harlot church from destruction. Thus many were led to disobey Christ's command, they chose not to willingly separate from the apostasy, and were heading to destruction along with the doomed church.

"Yet in their [Jewish church leaders] blind and blasphemous presumption the instigators of this hellish work publicly declared that they had no fear that Jerusalem would be destroyed, for it was God's own city. To establish their power more firmly, they bribed false prophets to proclaim, even while Roman legions were besieging the temple, that the people were to wait for deliverance from God." Great Controversy, p 29.

Now while these Independent false prophets were supporting the corrupt and God-forsaken harlot church, they were not leaders in the Jewish church system. They had their own Ministry independent from the church, and were looked up to and respected by many lay members as good and righteous men who were standing for and telling them the truth. They were dependent upon outside donations for their support, but yet they continued to support a corrupt apostate church destined for destruction. And, as we already learned, many were even bribed to tell the people not to willingly separate or break all connection with the harlot church, but to wait within. The only way the honest followers of Christ could tell who were preaching the truth, versus who were advocating a lie from the Devil, was by examining the messages being preached.

Christ's Independent Ministries and ministers were telling the people to completely separate themselves from the harlot church or perish within. While Satan's Independent Ministries and ministers were telling the people to remain connected to the church or die outside. Thus every single church member had to make up their own mind to either completely leave the corrupt church or stay connected with her. But to make it even more difficult, many of these false Independent Ministries and ministers cried aloud about all the woes against the Jewish church, and some were keenly intent on making sure the lay membership knew about all the abominations that were taking place, but they made sure to never tell the people to willingly separate from all these abominations. Thus many were led to believe that they could remain connected with the corrupt church and yet still be saved! And it was through these false Independent Ministries and ministers that the power of the apostate church leaders was increased ten-fold over the people!

But just how many Jewish church members believed the lying messages from these devil's agents – who were posing as God’s true Independent ministers of righteousness? How many decided to stay connected to the harlot church, and ended up dying along with her?

"More than a million of the people perished." Great Controversy, p 35.

Why did they die along with their apostate church? Because many did not study for themselves, but chose instead to let their favorite Independent Ministry or minister tell them what to do. Many naively trusted and believed that these "righteous" men would never lead them astray. In fact, these false prophets of Satan were even more successful and did more to keep people from completely disconnecting themselves from the doomed Babylonian church than even the church leaders could ever do!

Yet we are told that "Not one Christian perished in the destruction of Jerusalem" (Great Controversy, p 30)! Why was this? Because all of the real followers of Christ had already willingly severed all connection between themselves and the harlot church in obedience to Christ's command. They chose to disconnect themselves from a sinful and wicked church in order to connect themselves solely to a spotless Saviour who was waiting for them outside!

“Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate. Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.” Hebrews 13:12-13.

But who, along with the church members, perished in the destruction of the harlot church? The church leaders, as well as all the false prophets or Satan's Independent ministers – including those who cried aloud about all the abominations going on, but never told anyone to completely separate! These all perished along with the harlot mother church of Babylon they loved and supported more than following Christ out of the doomed church.

Brothers and sisters, this history is more than repeating itself today! The SDA church is indeed a harlot of Babylon doomed for destruction along with all who cling to her. And Satan has his agents today who are the anti-type of those Independent false prophets of Israel – whom are referred to today as false shepherds. These are identified as those Independent Ministries and ministers who refuse to willingly disconnect themselves from the SDA harlot church of Babylon, who refuse to preach Present Truth, and who also hinder church members from willingly separating themselves from the church as well. And these false shepherds are doing more to hinder complete separation, and are more successful at keeping our people connected to a doomed church, than even the SDA church leaders themselves!

Multitudes of precious SDAs are naively trusting their eternal life to men who appear as ministers of righteousness, but who are blind to the Present Truth and are leading their blind followers directly into the ditch of the lake of fire.

Oh, I earnestly plead with the false Independent Ministries and ministers to open your eyes before it is too late! I earnestly plead with John Grosboll and Steps to Life; Hartland College; Jan Marcussen; Vance Farrell and Pilgrims Rest; Kenny Shelton and Behold the Lamb; Ron Spear and Hope International; Jeff Reich and Layman's Ministry; Bob Jorgansen and Medical Missionary Press; Ty Gibson and Light Bearers Ministry, Bill Hughes, etc., to awaken before it is too late.I earnestly plead with you all to allow God to remove from your minds all custom and tradition, all preconceived opinions, all prejudice against this precious message of Revelation 18, and to open your eyes to the blazing light of Present Truth. And may you unbiasly examine this merciful and loving loud cry message, realizing the truth that the SDA church is indeed a harlot of Babylon, that all who cling to her will be destroyed along with her, and that the only way for you and others to find Jesus and eternal life is to go outside the camp. I also earnestly plead with other Independent Ministries and ministers – including Raphael Perez and Eternal Gospel, Dennis Crystal and Laymen United for Truth, Mark Maccarone, Ian Jones and New Reformation Ministries, etc – who are not plainly and distinctly telling all SDA's to willingly separate and disconnect themselves entirely from their harlot SDA church of Babylon or they will be destroyed along with her, to arise and shine in loudly and openly giving the full present truth message of Revelation 18, and no longer continue to remain silent! Precious souls are being led to destruction along with the corrupt and apostate church due to your lack of openly and publically giving the loud cry message today!

May God mercifully awaken you all to the harm you are doing to His kingdom, to His true church, to yourselves, and to others. Because if you continue to lead people to stay connected to the harlot SDA church, if you do not tell the people plainly that the church is going to be destroyed and any member who remains connected will perish along with the church, then it will not just be your own soul that is lost, but all the other souls who believed your message and followed your example – and their blood will be on your shoulders! And it will not be just one million who will perish this time, but you will share in the blood of over ten million Adventists! Even though you may be faithfully warning about the abominations in the church, if you do not awaken to the fact that no one can remain pure in the midst of all these abominations (see Amos 3:3; 1 Corinthians 6:16; Review and Herald, October 23, 1888), then you will perish along with the abominable church!

“You are exhorted to touch not the unclean thing; for in touching this, you will yourself become unclean. It is impossible for you to unite with those who are corrupt, and still remain pure. ‘What fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? and what concord hath Christ with Belial?’ God and Christ and the heavenly host would have man know that if he unites with the corrupt, he will become corrupt.” Bible Commentary, vol 6, p 1102.

I humbly beg you all to awake now and repent. But know, that if you continue to mislead SDAs to their death along with their Babylon church – as a false shepherd does – then you will not just suffer one of the plagues, but you will suffer all seven of them. Thus you will be one of the last wicked to die, and your suffering will also be tenfold greater than those who believed and followed you and remained connected with the harlot church!

"I saw that the priests who are leading on their flock to death are soon to be arrested in their dreadful career. The plagues of God are coming, but it will not be sufficient for the false shepherds to be tormented with one of two of these plagues. God's hand at that time will be stretched out still in wrath and justice and will not be brought to Himself again until His purposes are fully accomplished, and the hireling priests are led to worship at the feet of the saints, and to acknowledge that God has loved them because they held fast the truth and kept God's commandments, and until all the unrighteous ones are destroyed from the earth....

"...I saw that the ministers did not escape the wrath of God. Their suffering was tenfold greater than that of their people." Early Writings, p 124, 282.

Brothers and sisters, I urge you to no longer trust your eternal life to the church leaders, or to any of the Independent Ministries and ministers, but to study for yourselves and let Christ be your only Leader. Please follow Him out of the camp and be connected with and hid only in Him when the overflowing scourge passes through the land.

The loud cry is now going forth in no measured tone – even now while missionary work is being done to bring people into the harlot SDA church. God is indeed now working for His people, but how many do not recognize the work of God from the strange work of Satan's agents (see Upward Look, p 23).

May God help His honest people to realize that God is not working in or for any of the apostate churches – including the SDA church. All of these churches have already fallen from God’s grace, His presence and Spirit have already departed, and they are all controlled by the Devil. Thus God is not blessing any of these corrupt churches, and any blessings these cages of every unclean and hateful birds may appear to have is only a deception of Satan to lead people to believe that God is still there.

I earnestly pray that God’s honest people will prepare now to meet Him in peace, and to stand where they can clearly define their position – completely separate and distinct from all sin – both personal and corporate, from all harlot churches, and from all professed but false Independent Ministries and ministers.

"I was pointed to those who claim to be Adventists, but who reject the present truth, and saw that they were crumbling and that the hand of the Lord was in their midst to divide and scatter them now in the gathering time, so that the precious jewels among them, who have formerly been deceived, may have their eyes opened to see their true state. And now, when the truth is presented to them by the Lord's messengers, they are prepared to listen, and see its beauty and harmony, and to leave their former associates and errors, embrace the precious truth and stand where they can define their position." Early Writings, p 69.

“I saw that God has honest children among the nominal Adventists and the fallen churches, and before the plagues shall be poured out, ministers and people will be called out from these churches and will gladly receive the truth. Satan knows this; and before the loud cry of the third angel is given, he raises an excitement in these religious bodies, that those who have rejected the truth may think that God is with them. He hopes to deceive the honest and lead them to think that God is still working for the churches. But the light will shine, and all who are honest will leave the fallen churches, and take their stand with the remnant.” Early Writings, p 261.

Dear ones, thank you so very much for all of your support given to this Ministry through your prayers and gracious donations. It has strengthened and encouraged my heart to see and to know that I am not alone, but that there are others who are helping this work to continue spreading the present truth around the world. Since the work is expanding, more calls are being made upon the available funds to keep the work moving forward. In the month of August we had 7,034 hits, which were generated by 1,365 visitors. In these Visitor Sessions, 4,336 documents of Present Truth were viewed, and over 246 million bits of information were downloaded!

So for these past 2 months, over 523 million bits of information were downloaded from our Gospel Truth Web Site by over 2,800 visitors!

The Lord is also abundantly blessing our LightMinistries.com Web Site! In the month of July we had 131,081 hits, which were generated by 19,618 visitors. In these Visitor Sessions, 66,793 documents of Present Truth were viewed, and over 11.1 billion bits of information were downloaded.

In the month of August we had 109,833 hits, which were generated by 15,565 visitors. In these Visitor Sessions, 54,196 documents of Present Truth were viewed, and over 8 billion bits of information were downloaded!

So for these past 2 months alone, over 19 billion bits of information were downloaded from our Present Truth Web Site by over 35,000 visitors! MAY GOD'S HOLY NAME BE PRAISED!!

GENERAL FOREIGN MISSION WORK NEEDS

We are currently supporting several workers in many different Countries on a monthly basis. We check into the economy of each area and supply a base support which is adequate depending on their situation, but not extravagant. This base support is to ensure that the monthly needs of each worker and family is met for that month so that the worker may devote full time to the ministry work. In addition to this, we are sending extra materials for evangelism, and money for printing, publishing, holding meetings, traveling, and other necessary areas in spreading the Present Truth in their Country. And as the work extends, especially will the expenses for evangelism expand. Whatever you can send to help in this necessary and vital area is greatly appreciated.

The work of spreading God's present truth is not to be limited, but must extend world-wide to every nation, kindred, tongue, and people before our Saviour can come (Matthew 24:14). What better way of spreading the present truth gospel than by having workers who speak the native language, who reside in that particular Country, who can live and preach the truth, visit the interests in their homes, and spread the printed truth translated into their common language!

"Our publications should be printed in other languages, that foreign nations may be reached. Much can be done through the medium of the press, but still more can be accomplished if the influence of the living preacher goes with our publications....The Lord has moved upon men of other tongues and has brought them under the influence of the truth, that they might be qualified to labor in His cause." LETTERS to "LET THERE BE LIGHT" Ministries

(Combination of 2 letters) Dear Elder Sessler,

Many Christian greetings from Tanzania. I traveled last Wednesday, 25/6/2008 to the western part of Tanzania ____. I spent two days. The first day I was in the bus for 11 hours. The second day I spent 12 hours. By the time I reached here, I was totally tired. Since Saturday I have been speaking for almost 6 hours a day. I talk to people for many hours.

All the booklets I came with are finished (given out). One business man who hosted me has decided to produce these booklets, 500 copies each title. However it may take another three weeks to go through the job. He has the connection with the printing owner here. I sleep only 3-5 hours a day while the rest of the time I attend to the need of the people.

Although we met strong resistance on the first day of our presentations, from yesterday things have changed. Here there are more than seven hundred people who separated from the SDA Church. I shall update you latter. Although, ____ (where we are from) is a place where all translations come from. We are not even 30 in total (there) while here there are more than 700. I now agree with what Jesus said. The kingdom of God is received by many poor people than highly educated individuals....

Dear Sessler, on 4 of September I traveled to ____. It is a two days journey. When I reached there, my intention was to stay one week. I found myself staying 2 weeks. The demand of laborers is bigger than what anyone may expect. I did not dream that there could be a big number who would embrace these messages....

On 18/9/2008, I traveled with my two friends from ____ to ____. I was tired and I had to rest for three days before I traveled to ____. I went there to see some brethren who needed a help. On top of that the supply of these booklets together with the big book – Abomination of Desolation and Church History was running out. Another SDA who loved the book so much had called me with the aim of assisting with printing another stock of 5,000 copies. I went there and spent 3 days in ____. He talked to me and asked me to go there again this week. Instead of printing these booklets and books in private publishing presses; he is planning to buy a small press which can meet the demand at the time being. It is as if people were tired of the SDA Church corruptions and were just waiting for someone to tell them that the hour has come to forsake the harlot SDA Church.

Dear Sessler, you can see how the work is moving faster despite my plans (beyond my expectations). All those months I was alone in a room translating these booklets, had a great meaning. It was a preparation for what is going on now. The printed page is doing a miracle. The people, who were once blind, can now see.

Dear Sessler, by God’s assistance, I have managed for this short time to bring together different groups which had left the SDA Church but did not have any direction. Through reading these messages we have become one since we take the truth contained therein as the standard as to why we have separated from the harlot SDA Church.

Dear Sessler, in this movement, God has brought in different talents. I am a theologian and teacher. God has brought in singers, physicians, evangelists, deacons, etc. Beginning in June, of this year, when the work became big, we sat together and discussed a lot of matters. We came to the conclusion that a simple gospel order was necessary if ever we wanted to succeed in carrying the Lord’s work....

We do not know how long it may take Jesus to come though we believe that He is very near. We have children who need to study, eat, read, go to church on Saturday, etc. What do we do with our children? Persecutions and the time of trouble have not yet begun even though we are pressed so much, especially with the professing SDAs.

Dear Sessler, we thought of having only home churches. However, we have failed in some places like ____ and ____ where there is a mass exodus. People are coming in tens and hundreds. Some of them have money and gave that to building some small churches where they can meet. They are not big churches – they can accommodate 30 to 80 people. In such places, we have decided to let such people continue to worship in the elected buildings of worship. No wonder that in Tanzania when you have a place of worship, you have to register it with the government. I helped those people in ____ and ____ in securing their title deeds. After all they have been a great help to us in ____. For more that three years, I had failed to print even 500 copies of one title of the booklets. When I gave them these translated copies, they took initiatives to print them in big quantity.

Dear Sessler, having read the book authored by Alonzo T. Jones on Education, I challenged my fellows if they were ready to continue sending their children to the heathen to get education. About six families objected and we have begun a school where the curriculum is completely different. In publishing, we are still praying that those who have pledged to supply money to buy publishing equipment may do that in a near soon. For instance, my mother-in-law had vowed since her early years of service in the government that she could sponsor two pastors to earn their degrees at a SDA theological seminary. However, she regretted recently that she could not spend her money for that. She has volunteered to provide almost 9,000 US $ towards purchasing the printing press.

Dear Sessler, when it comes to sanitariums, my fellow laborers have read a lot. We have decided to put away completely drugs. We have discovered that drugs are the right hand of Satan in killing people through medical doctors. We have established one sanitarium and we expect to open more later. I do not have that gift. My fellow workers are doing well. Whoever comes into contact, he/she is taught the laws of health and how to be a sincere Christian. Many people are flocking to that centre everyday. The centre is doing well in extending the three angels’ messages. Let me give you some hints, for instance, of what we are doing in the sanitarium. My friends have discovered some herbs where even cancer victims can be healed. AIDS victims are now getting healed. However, the first rule towards healing is: Do not commit adultery any more, never eat meat, fish, cola drinks, soft drinks, etc, before we apply those herbs to you. There are tough diseases which are shaking the current world of modernity. With us it is no longer the problem. We are strict with the rules of health since we have discovered that if followed strictly, the immunity is too high. Just with water (water therapy), malaria can be healed.

Dear Sessler, do not wonder about what I am telling you now. These are wonders which we are seeing now. Just herbs are healing far better than the drugs in the so called Medical Hospitals of today. Even big people in the government are coming to us. They have a lot of money, but they do not know how to eat. It is amazing that rich people do not know how to eat nutritious food. People are treated by food sometimes. Just changing the diet of a rich man leads into recovery. These rich people who have tried many hospitals under the sun and sometimes having been told to go home and wait for their day of death; are recovering. Can you imagine what happens? They praise the Lord exceedingly. These are the people who read our booklets/books more.

Dear Sessler, I cannot forget these SDA leaders here in Tanzania who wanted to kill me of stress. Today I can tell you openly that if ever there are dangerous people in the world; it is this band of SDA leaders. They do not have even one element of love or sympathy. I always tell people that if you meet a SDA leader and a venomous cobra; and you happen to be in possession of a big stick; you hit the SDA leader first because he/she (is) more poisonous than the cobra. My dear, through a bitter experience, I know that they are worse than the Devil himself. I wonder at those who dream that the SDA leaders may be converted to the Present Truth. Never dream of that. Never even pray for them since you are wasting your time and energy. If you pray for ordinary church members, I can agree that it is a right petition....

Recently, when I went to ____ for the business of dismembering the harlot SDA Church, my former president of the field sent two pastors who came where I was preaching. These two pastors were working at the field headquarters. They praised me much, and remember they were my former students at the theological seminary before. They extended a warm invitation to me. They told me that the president of the field appreciates my tireless endeavors in extending the truth in Tanzania. As such, he wanted me to join him at his home where we could eat together. I asked myself a lot of questions. How could I eat at the Devil’s table while on that Sabbath I had told people to: “come out of the harlot SDA Church?”...I do not have time to eat at the same table with the representatives of Satan.

Dear Sessler, I am a straight forward person and I won’t hide anything from you. The printing of these books have been partially financed by the people who have embraced the truth. They gave me a brand new laptop for translations I had done, they added 3 computers for translating all books by Ellen G. White (in Kiswahili) and promised to print them when the work is done. I am not paid by them. However, for the big work done to date, they told me that when I am needed sometimes in upcountry regions; they are the ones who will pay the fares. They have also employed two people to assist with the translations. I am trying to help them with the job. I hope to be settled and finish the book Last Day Events in October. Translating is a good job. However, having prepared the food, it is also a good job to give that food to people who are famishing. I am doing both jobs and the eyes of the people are opened. Keep on praying for the job in Tanzania....

I received the Newsletter and I was thrilled by the message it contained! Surely our freedoms are being removed secretly, and shortly we shall be compelled to bow before the evil one! However, amidst the hardship we are to go through; we are to work for the Lord....

I am now trying (to) figure out (format and print out) some tracts in French from your web for the journey. I will also try to finalize your book the Abomination of Desolation and Church History in French for only one of four Churches as I will reach there. It is expensive to bind one; so I need some more extra support for the same.

I pray that the Lord gives me a big computer for my translation and a photocopy machine to easy my working. Big work awaits us in this region.

The first time I heard real truth, I was lit up with joy. I care so much for the lost. I want to go into their churches and tell the truth. Every time I go home, I sit outside the Sunday churches parking lots leaving the DVDs I had copied from Nicholas’ website. I almost want to cry because they don't know what is going on. I don't even know them and I find myself having love for them. I know you are a busy pastor so I wont keep you. I hope I’m as busy as you are one day, for the WORD.

I take this opportunity in thanking you for the support...and the Newsletters of the Sunday Law Controversy: part 2: Scenario of Events. Although I have lost track of time, not realizing how fast days have gone by. Well the most important thing is to keep the work go forward. The first week we arrived in our new place, we were visited by ____ and wife and I am so thankful that he has been helping financially, and I pray that the Lord will bless him and his family...

Brother ____ from ____ has visited us too and he has brought the two booklets which he has translated, and they were running a Seminar in the other side of the Island. One of our group member a lady, haven’t heard from her for sometimes, came home and we were talking about the crisis which is taking place in our country, and she mentioned, that out of all the messages she know, there is not a message is the same as the one she knows from this Ministry, and I said well, “there are many precious truth contained in the word of God, but it is the ‘Present Truth that the flock needs now’”, she agreed.

I am explaining to my children, my daughters, and their husbands, my grandchildren whenever they come home. I never stop telling them about this Sunday Law Controversy, what will happen in the future and they are very interested and keen to listen, and they always in my prayer for the Lord to help them make their decision before it will be too late.

So work here in Fiji is moving forward no matter the hard times we are facing, time is running out....

Well my health is some sort of up's and downs. I was down with a twisted back, it seems the pain was so vital but I never stop praising and thanking the Lord that the pain has gone away, and just two weeks again after that I am down again with flu and fever. But I thank the Lord Almighty that l still can walk around to do work for Him.

I have been photocopying tracts "Gods Last Message of Mercy to the World”, and also the translated one. I need this tracts to be given out during this season when school breaks, and the Methodist Church are having their conference and its during a festival seasons here too and it’s the best time to distribute the word of God. My son has been good enough to help with the photocopy at least how many he can do in his work place, or else I am charged with the photocopy people down town for $11.00 per 50 copies, but at least something to give to the people to let them know the truth.

Twice I have been trying to go about these things and twice I was hit down with sickness, I can feel it the work of the devil that he doesn't want this message to go forward, even in our own house, my son told me that maybe it’s the wrath of God, is falling on me now. Well I just looked at him and say you know sickness doesn't come from God, it comes from the devil, but maybe the Lord allows it to happen to me, but to make me stronger day by day, but I will always thank and praise Him....

The work here Bro Bob is moving forward, maybe it may look that its dead, but its not. The message is going through in the minds and hearts of the people.

Praise be to God for all His good that He keeps extending towards us. At times when hope flags lowest the Lord refreshes us.

We appreciate the efforts being made to support and extend the Lord's work here. In this regard we appreciate and thank the Lord for support that enabled us to attend camp at ____, a city in the West of the country. We too appreciate for what more was extended for literature.

We shall extend studies to Western province from September 7 through 28. However the challenge that we have received lately is Sabbath Rest. Our brethren ____ and four others from ____ have already joined with brother ____. We however look to the Lord to take care of His church. All that we solicit from all is concerted prayers for the remnant of God's people. (2Ki19:3-4).

FROM PAPUA NEW GUINEA

“The camp-meeting is one of the most important agencies in our work. It is one of the most effective methods of arresting the attention of the people.” 6T p. 31.

“Our camp-meeting has another object...They are to promote spiritual life among our own people.”...

In result of our full time sacrificial work done in our own District, now we have established 12 churches in ____ District alone where I lived. 3 permanent buildings, 7 erected with the bush materials, and 2 with the rough shelters.

We divided the churches in two groups [Group 1 & 2] and planned the two separate meetings early this year...The first mini-camp has been host with Group 2 while Group 1 (is) busy preparing their camp area to be continue the following week....

During the two mini-camps, it so quiet (which was) different from various meetings. What we did was after the main studies at evenings, we took more Bible studies in families, groups at firesides and with couples and individuals as well. Mostly counseling and pray with the new comers and feeble ones to be rooted firmly in the Lord Jesus Christ. Also we encouraged and motivate the young missionary couples to move forward and to sharing the love of Jesus Christ among the spiritual deprived ones.

The outcome of the 2 mini-camps that we run brought magnificent changes into the lives of individuals to live and work for the Master. But now days, the lives are getting very difficult to survived as economical crisis rising from bad to worse and it gradually pause us to speed the work of the Lord in some important fields. Please, we need your prayers and support to keep on pushing the work.

FROM THE PHILIPPINES

Christian greetings! May this letter reaches you in good health and in good condition.

The GC books had already arrived here in the postal office a week ago, and before our church fellowship this last Sabbath I already pick it up and bring it home, though I pay P 800 as postal charge for all the seven boxes. And those officers in the postal got interested to know of what group of religion we do belong, and I got a chance to briefly share to them what are our standing and belief. And before we left, I give each one of them of the GC's and they are so happy to receive it. They told me that they will read that book.

During our fellowship last Sabbath I also bring some of those books and share it to our brethren here in ____ and our co-worker in ____ bring 1 box of it. I thank you bro Bob for sending us GC books. Thank you so much for all your effort in helping the work here in the Philippines.

Last Sabbath, we held our fellowship in ____ and its really happy and encouraging to see again our brethren here in whole ____ after our camp meeting last April. Its really a nice feeling when brothers and sisters in faith come together and see each other, sharing their experiences and giving encouragement to each other. We all went home refreshed. Praise the Lord for His presence.

Also brother Bob, before I received the GC, I was able to photocopy our tracts so that we can have something to use in our work here and hand out to those we met since we have no available materials here to be used. I photocopied already the tracts "These Laws Restore Health" and have used some of it.

This coming 1st week of September, we will be having a workers meeting in ____, part of ____ Island. All of us workers in the whole Philippines will meet together there to tackle and review our position and beliefs and to settle some issues. I hope and pray that God will provide my needs in going there because it is really an important event. And please pray for us that we will all come into the unity of the faith and will settle whatever issues to be settled there. May the Holy Spirit guide and control this meeting.

Christian greetings from this side, this past times I have on and off with Malaria which is almost endemic....

The Lord has been good to me, my health is improving day after day, and heaven is still my home, besides many difficulties and troubles nothing will distract me, save I myself for have known Him be faithful who has called us.

I visited ____ to meet with brothers over the introduction and the marriage of our brother ____ which is to place on October 9th and also visit some others, I had taken long to visit them. Visited ____ whose health is now in more bad state than the time I last saw him. He needs our prayers.

I could not get the person who wrote (to you) that (letter), but ____ says he knows the family, he’s the one who visited them and gave the literature. In the near future we shall be visiting with ____.

We have had funerals of friends time and again. The world is fast becoming unsafe than ever before, we real live under the shadow of death. Like David say's, we are (a) step to (from) death....

We sincerely need your prayers. Traveling has become double expensive and our securities are also (in) the balances. There are many signs that things may not hold for long before great changes apprehend us. And the day of the Lord cometh upon us.

Thanks for the support and your earnest prayers for the remnant of the Lord.

Thank you for the money you sent for the MH and also for the Risograph. I am please to report to you that today I was in ____ to meet br. ____ so that we could physically see the machines and get the correct one.

Br. Bob, according to br. ____ he recommended this (particular) machine, and did not what to miss it as it was the only one available and in very good condition (so we bought it)....I pray that my decision is not a bad one from you. (Editor’s Note: You made the correct decision!)...

If we are to do some new typing work, then we need a computer or hiring one or renting. For more work, we shall need a: 1. small folder machine. 2. Stitcher/ or chipper for paper/ booklets. 3. Small guillotine for cutting the papers....

Praise God I have managed to get 400 copies of Ministry of Healing and will get the least (rest of the copies) after the remaining money is with me. I will take these books soon after stamping them with our address (and begin to distribute them). Attached is the receipt for the MH copies.

Br. Bob, we are going to have an International Camp Meeting in Namibia from 18th to 23th Aug, 2008. I have been given a topic to present on Herbology, and I will also take br. ____ topic as he will not be going due to the little piece of (printing) work he is doing....
